Kesang Yudron
Founder & Executive Director
With over a decade of grassroots experience in sexual and reproductive health advocacy particularly in the high-altitude regions, Kesang brings a grounded, community-centered approach to her work.
Kesang’s work integrates feminist theory, contemplative practice, and lived experience to bridge the gap between policy and community realities. She is also a documentary filmmaker; her film The Red Moon of Lo explores menstruation and intergenerational knowledge sharing within Loba families. This integrated perspective connecting menstrual health and dignity to climate resilience, women’s leadership, and community empowerment shapes everything CCN does. She also runs Padhma Creations, a fair trade social enterprise based in New York supporting women artisans across Nepal.
She holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from College of St. Benedict/St. John’s University, Minnesota and is a U.K. certified leadership coach.
